Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN)
Contracting with the government can be a challenging process. We are here to help you succeed. OBAN provides marketing and technical assistance to Oklahoma businesses interested in selling products and services to federal, state, local and tribal governments. The primary purpose of OBAN is to create jobs and expand the economy in Oklahoma by providing specific, valuable resources to Oklahoma businesses.
In FY 2017, EOC Bid Assistance clients were awarded $6.7 million dollars in Government Contracts.
Whether helping you navigate government databases, providing guidance for completing certification paperwork, or answering contract management questions on existing awards, we meet you at your level. Counseling is free to Oklahoma based businesses and only requires that you register as a client prior to requesting an appointment. We ask our clients to keep us apprised of any contract awards won as a result of the assistance received.

Training classes address all aspects of federal, state, and local procurement.
By registering with the EOC OBAN program, you will be notified of course schedules as well as conference and networking opportunities.
Construction Plan Room
Access to Government and Commercial construction projects throughout the State of Oklahoma.
Access to wide format printer and scanner to print, scan or copy blueprints.
