Meet Your Business Development & Training Coordinator

David Hoffmeier

Business Development & Training Coordinator

David Hoffmeier serves as the Business Development & Training Coordinator at Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center. He works with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community and industry partners to provide practical resources, training, and connections that help businesses grow.

Before joining EOC Tech, David worked extensively with Oklahoma small businesses through the Oklahoma APEX Accelerator, helping businesses understand government procurement and compete for government contracts. That experience provides a strong foundation for his work with businesses interested in government contracting, procurement, business development, and growth.

At EOC Tech, David's work has expanded beyond government contracting to include small-business training, business development, industry partnerships, procurement education, and programs designed to address the changing needs of entrepreneurs and established businesses.

He develops and coordinates training opportunities on topics ranging from artificial intelligence and technology to Excel, marketing, business planning, and government contracting. He also works with businesses and community partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, training, and economic development.
